Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service — No Shipping

DateSafetyCheck is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, shipments, or deliveries involved. All services are delivered instantly online upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (SingleCheck at ₹49):

  • Full refund within 7 days if the premium analysis feature has not been used
  • No refund if the analysis has been consumed (i.e., a Deep Check or PDF report has been generated)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

3. Subscription Cancellation (Premium Plan)

For monthly Premium subscriptions (₹199/month):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle
  • Refund for the most recent billing cycle is available within 7 days of renewal if premium features have not been used during that cycle

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via one of the following methods:

  • Email: support@datesafetycheck.in
  • Include your payment reference ID (from Razorpay receipt) and reason for refund
  • Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 48 hours

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already consumed (Deep Check analysis run, PDF report generated, Safety Card downloaded)
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., submitting false reports, abusing the platform)
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. DateSafetyCheck does not store your credit/debit card details or UPI credentials. For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
